Aluro Terms of Service

1. Overview

Aluro provides commercial invoicing and fulfillment services to business customers.

Customers contract directly with Aluro. Aluro may fulfill its commercial obligations through third-party vendors or service providers engaged at Aluro's discretion.


2. Commercial Relationship

2.1 Principal Structure

Customers enter into commercial agreements with Aluro.

Aluro acts as principal in its commercial relationships and does not act as agent, escrow provider, custodian, or fiduciary for Customers or vendors.


3. Payments

3.1 Payments to Aluro

Customers remit payments directly to Aluro pursuant to issued invoices.

Funds received by Aluro are treated as Aluro's revenue and are managed as part of its general operating funds. Aluro does not maintain customer balances, stored value accounts, or wallet functionality.

3.2 Vendor Compensation

Aluro determines the timing and method of vendor compensation in its sole discretion.

Vendor compensation reflects Aluro's independent commercial obligations and does not constitute transmission of customer funds on behalf of another person.


4. Fees

Aluro earns revenue through:

Aluro does not provide payment routing services for third parties and does not operate custodial, escrow, or stored-value systems.

Aluro's aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim.


7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified during Customer onboarding.


8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Aluro and Customer regarding the services described herein.


By using Aluro, Customer agrees to these Terms.
