When it ships

Orders confirmed by 12 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Anything later ships the next business day. An order is confirmed once payment clears. I don't ship on weekends or USPS holidays.

Every package is tracked, and I send you the tracking number when it ships. West Coast addresses usually arrive in a day or two; the East Coast in two to three. Need it sooner? Ask for Priority Mail Express (1–2 days) and I'll charge it at my cost.

Packaging

Plain outer box, no product names on the outside. Vials ship sealed, cushioned, and upright. Freeze-dried peptides hold up well at normal shipping temperatures, but from June through September I add an insulated liner and a cold pack for extra margin against summer heat.

Damaged or wrong item

Message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the vial and its label, and I'll send a replacement at no charge. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost package

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or USPS marks the package lost, I'll reship your order at no cost. If tracking says delivered but it isn't there, message me the same day — I'll open a claim with USPS and work it out with you.

Returns & cancellations

Once a vial leaves me I can't verify how it was stored, so I don't accept returns — opened or sealed. Anything wrong with your order is covered above. Changed your mind before it ships? Message me and I'll cancel and refund in full.

In San Francisco? Pickup in the Marina is available by arrangement — just ask when you order.
